"Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king;

But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these;" -- Daniel 2:27-28 KJV

Daniel Summary

Daniel lived in the 6th Century BC. He was one of the Jewish captives taken to Babylon by King Nebuchadnezzar. Like Joseph before him, God's Blessing and wisdom elevated him to the very pinnacle of power in both the Babylonian and later the Medo-Persian Empires.

He walked in complete obedience to God and weathered every storm and false accusation. His devotion to God was rewarded by supernatural wisdom and profound insight into future events and prophecies that are recorded in Daniel.

Daniel's life proves that you can live a Godly life in a secular world. If you follow Daniel's example, God will protect and prosper you too. God's Blessing will be on you and you will be a blessing to everyone around you.
